Local records that are not associated with the deleted account may remain on a device until you remove them or uninstall/reset the app. Service-provider diagnostics follow the providers' configured retention periods. If information must be retained for security or a legal obligation, we will explain that when responding to the request.
Official result records
Final-dual results submitted for a state association or other organization may be retained as official event records rather than deleted with the reporting official's account. Grappler removes the reporting official's name and account identifiers from the retained copy it controls. Event details such as the meet date, teams, scores, receiving organization, confirmation identifier, and delivery status may remain.
A receiving organization may separately retain a result already delivered to it under its own records and retention practices.
Verification
We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing a request. Sign in with Apple accounts are reverified and their Grappler authorization is revoked during the in-app deletion process.
